http://www.bookbub.com/landers/index2.php?source=email I get daily emails with free, or insanely cheap eBooks.
http://www.freeflys.com Get emails sent directly to your email (this is one of my favorites). They will have both freebies and discounts. I also have liked them on facebook.
Survey's: Surveys are a good way to get money or gift cards. I usually go with a Amazon gift card or paypal when available.
Toluna- They send you emails with surveys for you to complete and you get points which you can redem for different items. They also do a trial section under the rewards where you can apply to try different products
I do have at least one other site that I use for surveys. If you send me your email address, i can send you a email to invite you to sign up!
