Thank you for renting our RV.  I created this page to not only give you some more information but to also answer a few common questions I get!  However, if you have any questions not on here, please, don't hesitate to contact me.

About Our Camper and Us

In the summer of 2017, we decided that having 2 young children and trying to set up a pop up was not working for us, and to be honest, we wanted A/C as our last camping trip a couple people over heated.  So we decided to purchase an RV and we brought it home June 24, 2017 (our son's first birthday!).  In 2018, we realized how busy we are, and decided that when we are not using it, we would like to rent it out so others can have the experiences we have!  So this camper has a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and lots of storage.  Then there are two bunk beds (1 set) that are full sized beds.  The bottom bed does fold up for extra storage room or to put bikes if needed.  The table folds down to make a bed as well.  I believe it is approximately the size of a full sized bed so that makes the camper to sleep 8.  There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, storage, sink and microwave.  The bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, and stand up shower.  Outside of the trailer that is more storage and there is an outdoor stove and mini fridge.  I like putting the kids drinks in the mini fridge so they are not going in and out of the trailer and letting the bugs in!  Unloaded this trailer weighs about 6,000lbs.  Fully loaded (tanks full, etc) this trailer can weigh up to 7500lbs.  Please be aware of this and make sure that your vehicle can handle pulling that weight as I am not responsible for any damage done to your vehicle!  I drive a 2017 Chevy Silverado High Country and have no problem with pulling this.  We also have a special hitch that has the sway bar system on it that you can use to pull the camper!

The Technical!

The camper is a 30 amp service.  The fridge can run on electric or propane, along with the water heater.  Please note, if you are not hooked up to electric, the plugs will not work.  That includes if you do not have your generator running.  The outside fridge also requires electric, it does not work on propane.  The fresh water holding tank holds 52 gals of water.  The black tank holds 39 gals and the grey water tank holds 76 gals.

Pickup/Return

Please allow approximately 1 hour at pick up for me to do a complete walk-through of the trailer and to fill out some paperwork.  You will need to do an inspection to see if there are any damages to the trailer as well.  Once all is done, we will hook you up and you can be on your way!  At return, I will need to do a walk-through as well to look for damages.  If there are damages that you know of, please own up to them so that we can get them figured out.  If you are in a hurry, you may leave as soon as you unhook the trailer, just know that I will do a walk-through and have 72 hours to find any damages on the trailer and then file a claim for those.  Once the full walk-through is complete, I will complete the process on RVShare and your security deposit will be returned to you!

What is included with the camper?

Approximately 10 pots and pans
Some cooking utensils
1 trash bag/day of rental
Some spices
A couple plastic plates
Ceramic bowls
First Aid Kit
Broom/dustpan
All equipment required for the camper itself to be set up
Sometimes previous renters will leave things such as napkins, tinfoil, paper towel, etc.  I leave those in the camper for others to use as well, but these are not guaranteed!

What is included with the linen package?

So for a fee, we do offer a linen package.  The fee is strictly for the time to clean and laundry soap used.
Kitchen Towels
Wash Cloths
Sheets/blankets/master comforter (I do not put these on the beds for you, as there are different colored ones, and you may have a preference for them, however they will be in the camper for you.
Some bath towels

What is the delivery/setup fee?

This is an optional fee.  It includes me bringing the camper to you within a 30 mile radius of my house.  If outside the 30 miles, there is a fee that is based per mile.  Please note that I do not make any money on this fee, it is just covering the cost of my gas.  Therefore, even if you don't want me to do the setup, the fee will still be the same.
This include set up at the campsite.  If you have electric, water, and/or sewer at your site, I will make sure all those utilities are set up and working before I leave.  I will level the camper, put down the stabilizers, and move the slide out.
At pick up, you will be required to sign a paper for the return of the camper, but you do not need to stay while I take the camper down.  I will do a walk through to find out if there is any damage, and you can sign the return paperwork and be on your way.

We now offer a generator for rental!

This year we purchased a generator that we are offering for rent.  The generator is a dual fuel, meaning that it can run off of gasoline or propane.  The fee is $40 per night with unlimited usage.  We do not provide fuel.

Why a pet fee?

I love pets and have dogs and bunnies of my own.  However, due to others with allergies and sensitive, I have to make sure to do a bit more cleaning after pets are in the trailer.  This is just a small fee for my time.  I even include dog dishes and tie outsides inside the camper!

Can you make a suggestion of things I should bring?

As of right now, I do not have a coffee maker in the camper, so we suggest you plan accordingly.
Bring the basics, food, clothing, linens if you are not paying for them.
I would suggest outdoor seating
Fire starters, cooking sticks, anything you may need for outside of the camper.
Containers for leftover food.
Eating utensils
Plates (I suggest paper plates, less clean up!)

Pick up times/ return times

Pick up times and return times are based solely on if there is a scheduled rental the day before or after your rental.  So, if someone is returning the rental the morning of when you are scheduled to pick up, I will do my best to accommodate your requested pick up time, but I will need some time in between to clean the camper and make sure it is completely ready for your rental!  This also goes for returning.  If there is a scheduled rental to be picked up the day you are scheduled to return, please note I will do my best to accommodate your requested return time, but I will need time to get the camper cleaned and ready for the next renter.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!  If you have any problems during the time of the rental, PLEASE contact me.  I will do everything in my power to get the issue resolved as soon as possible to make sure you have a wonderful camping trip.
